Welcome to 1 Top View, a luxurious 2,692 sq foot villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Our home is situated on the 18th Hole and has spectacular views of Snow Canyon State Park and the surrounding landscapes. This villa is fully furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation.

Whether you're seeking tranquility or planning to spend your day immersed in the stunning landscapes, you can unwind comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or gather with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms. The upstairs family room includes a small kitchenette for your convenience so both family rooms can be utilized and enjoyed.

The Ledges of St. George offers an ideal location for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll discover a plethora of activities, including hiking, biking, and ATV trails.   WOW!!! What a luxury stay! Our place, 1 Top View, had everything we needed to have so much fun. The mountain view was first class. Right outside our door, I saw wild critters like cotton tails, deer and quail!
