This intelligently designed home offers an exceptional entertaining experience, featuring 10-foot-tall glass sliding doors that seamlessly open to create a perfect indoor/outdoor flow. The theater room and owner's suite also connect to the massive covered patio through sliding doors, enhancing the overall connectivity.

The fully equipped kitchen caters to executive chefs with high-end appliances, dual dishwashers, and even a drinking fountain. The outdoor amenities are extensive, including a kid-friendly pool with a slide and diving platform, a hot tub, a full-size pickleball court with a basketball hoop, an outdoor grill with a built-in fridge and freezer, and an 8-foot fire pit for large gatherings. For panoramic views and sunsets over Snow Canyon State Park, the sky deck with a rooftop fire pit is an excellent retreat. Despite its grandeur, the home is primarily a single level, with a spiral staircase leading to the sky deck.

Boasting 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 20 people. The bunk room, with six full-size beds and its own bathroom, is perfect for larger groups. Every inch of the home is adorned with top-notch upgrades, including flat-screen HDTVs in every room, each equipped with cable, ESPN, Apple TV, the Peloton fitness app, and smart TV capabilities. The laundry room features double stacked washers and dryers, and a central vacuum system is in place. Sonos speakers are distributed throughout the home.

In addition to a two-car garage, the property boasts a 37-foot deep RV garage with a 220 power hook-up for RVs and electric vehicles.

  Our stay was easy, with opening of the house on time. We had a shower that wasn’t draining properly, and it was fixed within a couple of hours of notification. The house it self was beautiful. One complaint is that the beds in the bunk room were not very comfortable at all. Having a golf outing with 10 adult men, beds need to be comfortable. I will definitely contact the Ledges for further trips!

  Amazing trip, we did a few fun hikes in the off season of St George. This house was amazing, it has so many amenities that entertained everyone! Theater room, fire place outside for s’mores, pool, sports court, when we weren’t out and around St George it was like we were at a resort! Would stay here again, no questions asked!
