  This is a beautiful, new home and has many great amenities, including a fantastic pickleball court, pool and spa. Because it’s a fairly new rental, there are some issues. The Wi-Fi goes down easily and needs an upgrade. The ice maker did not work at all, so we needed to buy bags of ice. The jets in the hot tub and pool lights don’t appear to work. I have the same pool system at my house and couldn’t get them to function. There were no coffee cups even though there are plenty of other dishes, pots, pans, flatware, etc. It also only has one dishwasher so large groups will need to do dishes a couple times each day. All that being said, would we stay here again? Yes. It’s a terrific community with lots of trails to ride bikes and beautiful scenery.
