  The house was perfect for our golf trip. Located across from the pool and as advertised, just a short stroll from the 9th green to the clubhouse. We did have an issue with the HVAC system which was promptly addressed by maintenance. The owners have the thermostat set at 78 degrees and we were having to endure hot rooms upon returning from golfing until the system could cool the house to an acceptable temperature. This was my third time staying and playing at The Ledges and have enjoyed my stay every time. This is the first time I've had an issue, and appreciate the rapid response to correct the HVAC situation.

  Our vacation rental experience was great. The property was great for three family couples and a toddler. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The unit is directly accross the street from the hot tub, pool and pickleball courts. The couples enjoyed the hot tub several times and appreciated having pickleball raquets and ball to use. The location is great. It is a short distance back to town and easy access to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. We highly recommend the property and look forward to returning.
