  This is our 2nd year at the 9th Hold Clubhouse Stroll. The unit is perfect for our group, and we all loved it! A couple of minor items were that the dryer was not working properly, it kept shutting off. We didn't have aluminum foil or plastic wrap -- not sure if these are ever included, but think it's a good suggestion. The maintenance guy was out very early one morning blowing off the patios around our villa 7AM. We understand that we were right by the golf course, so expect course maintenance.

The condo is always clean and spacious enough for four of us and we love the location near the 9th green and clubhouse. I appreciate that the staff checks in with us. We had a problem with the garage door not opening due to a power outage and a workman was sent over to help, as well as someone calling us to try to walk through resetting the power. We appreciate the attentiveness of the staff; it’s so important, as we could have missed our tee time. We plan to return in the future.

  Arranging the trip for a party of 8 had me a little nervous, but everyone was impressed. It was easy to book the golf and accommodations. Customer service was great. The house easily accommodated 4 couples. Beds were comfortable and large, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen was fully supplied with plenty of appliances and dishes. Washer/dryer. Close walk to restaurant and clubhouse from 9th hole. Ledges Grill had good food. In town Cliffside Restaurant was excellent.
  I will use The Ledges booking service for all future trips. Extremely satisfied. Can hardly wait for next trip!

  The house was perfect for our golf trip. Located across from the pool and as advertised, just a short stroll from the 9th green to the clubhouse. We did have an issue with the HVAC system which was promptly addressed by maintenance. The owners have the thermostat set at 78 degrees and we were having to endure hot rooms upon returning from golfing until the system could cool the house to an acceptable temperature. This was my third time staying and playing at The Ledges and have enjoyed my stay every time. This is the first time I've had an issue, and appreciate the rapid response to correct the HVAC situation.

  Our vacation rental experience was great. The property was great for three family couples and a toddler. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed.
