Come and experience our 2,947 sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the third and fourth bedrooms have Queen beds. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

  Outstanding property for a family or 2-3 golfing couples. Close to lots of outdoor activities and with pickle ball court, gym and golf course right on property, who could ask for more. It’s suburbia, though, so not walking distance to stores or shops.

  It's not very often that a rental property impresses me this much. This home was gorgeous in every way. Very clean and well appointed with all the supplies we needed. The beds and couches were so comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with good equipment to prepare a lovely dinner. Fireplace was enjoyable as we watched movies and played games. It was perfect. Loved every moment!

  Went there for a golf trip with three friends. Took one of my friends there for a retirement gift. The home was absolutely great. We had 4 guys and more room than we needed but absolutely do not regret it. The house had everything from great kitchen, nice BBQ, everything you needed in the kitchen, had more then enough coffee for the entire 9 days we were there, spotless, nice patio. We were there for a golf trip and the rental was part of that. Cant say enough about Dan Dekker who booked the house and arranged all our golf rounds for us, spot on perfect for everything. Great house, thanks Dan, looking forward to going back next year again, this time with 12 golfers and two homes at least. Loved it!!

  We booked our stay for a girls trip and every single one of us couldn’t have agreed more that this was one of our top favorite stays. The beds were absolutely amazing and we all slept so well. We also loved the fact that each of us had our own bathroom AND each room and it’s own thermostat (this was especially nice due to the fact that we all run at different temperatures haha). The pool was easy to access, clean and had lots of shade. It was also nice that the pickle ball courts were right next to the pool. All in all, it was an incredible home and would 10/10 recommend to everyone!
