Our home was featured in the 2022 St. George Parade of Homes. Come and experience our 2,610sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. Accommodations also include an outdoor firepit table, gas grill, Private putting green, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

The Ledges is a cool little community, still very much under construction. The home, the 19th hole, was beautiful. It had everything we needed, is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The community is about a 10-12 minute drive outside of the main St. George areas, but easy to get to. We would definitely re t this home again.

With an open and spacious floor plan, the Dining Room and Kitchen can accommodate meal preparations for groups large or small.

Watch your favorite show and relax in the Living Room after a long day of adventures.

The main bedroom is furnished with a plush King bed, private TV, and walk-in closet.

This main bedroom has all the elements needed to relax after a long day. With a gorgeous view right out the window, it is the perfect way to start and end your day.

The main bathroom that is adjacent to the main bedroom is large and luxurious. With his and her sinks, toilet, vanity, walk-in shower, large bathtub and a large walk-in closet.

The casita has a King bed and a beautiful view of The Ledges Golf Course.

The Fairways At The Ledges amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, two pickleball courts, horseshoes, fire pit, kitchen area, and restrooms.

The community pool and hot tub are available and guests receive complimentary access when staying in our rental units. **Please note the pool is closed from November thru February**

Enjoy the beautiful view of nearby Snow Canyon State Park while playing a friendly game of horseshoes or pickleball.

Included in the amenities are two pickleball courts. Pickleball is a rising competitive sport that combines the best of tennis and ping pong.

Relax around the fire pit after cooling off in the pool.

When staying in our unit you have access to the neighborhood fitness center which includes treadmills, elliptical, bench, and free weights.

This beautiful kitchen area is conveniently located next to pool and other amenities. Reservations are required to use this area and can be made through the HOA manager.

The Living Room is conveniently located adjacent to the Kitchen and Dining Table and is a great place for entertaining guests during downtime.

Share memories and stories while enjoying a family style meal around the Dining Table.

With an open and spacious floor plan, the Dining Room and Kitchen can accommodate meal preparations for groups large or small.

The living room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. There is also access to the back patio which has a BBQ grille suitable for all your favorite BBQ dishes.
