  12 guys and a great stay to play golf. House is great for 12 guys. We will lay 36 every day so by the time we get back for the night it’s showers and sleep. The Ledges has it all if you want more. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great location and a great course as well

  Wow!! Pool ParTee Paradise is just that! You can sit under the pergola of your upper floor patio and watch your kids and grandkids in the pool! A familiar whistle from mom and the kids come running. Literally steps from the pool. The views are beautiful, golf is close by as is the clubhouse with amazing food and service. An evening with live music was much enjoyed and the attention to detail that you’ll find in the house is much appreciated. Super clean, plenty of room for lounging and eating. Plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked and spotless kitchen. An extra fridge makes shopping easy.. and the kids loved playing galaga on the arcade. The Ledges does a great job with their vocational rental guests. The only thing missing is a hot tub and I heard they are getting one! That will make it perfect! If you find availability grab this house before it’s too late! It truly is a Pool ParTee Paradise!! For swimmers and golfers a like.

  The Par-Tee house at The Ledges worked great for our recent family reunion. The main floor has a good-sized gathering space, and there were bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty. The best thing-the pool is steps away, just across a narrow street! Tuacahn is close as are the other amenities and activities in St. George. There were a few issues with the home-namely that it did not have a barbeque as advertised-but the property owners arranged another grill for us to use. We had a great time and would stay here again.

  Rented mid June for a 7 person golf trip. Everything about the experience was great. Plenty of space for us to spread out and hang out. The Traeger grill was the star of the show for us and we put it to good use. Would recommend this unit for any group trip to the area.

  My family of 19 all get together every September for a play at Tuachan. This was our first year staying at The Ledges and it went great. The home was beautiful and spacious. Everything felt brand new. We were right across from the swimming pool and could hangout on the outdoor patio all together at night and play cards.
  
  Brunch at The Ledges Restaurant on Sunday was delicious!! We should have eaten there more throughout our stay.

  The trip couldn't have been better! The home was AMAZING and made us feel like we were big time! We had plenty of room despite having a large group (18). The beds were amazing! The pool was perfect for our group (we had older teenagers down to toddlers with us)! They do a great job catering to the vacation rental traveler. Every detail was thought of. We really appreciated all the towels as well as the laundry detergent that was included. Honestly, this place was cheap but I still felt like it was a great value. I really hope we can go back again in the near future!
