The 4,030 sq. ft. luxury home at The Fairways at The Ledges of St. George is an exquisite two-story residence designed for both luxury and practicality. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious home provides ample room for groups of all sizes. The furnishings are of the highest quality, featuring upgrades such as flat-screen HDTV's, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a full-sized double oven, two full-size dishwashers, a large farmhouse sink, a five-burner gas cooktop, and two refrigerators (one in the garage). The open and welcoming floor plan ensures a comfortable living space, and the bedrooms are designed to offer quiet and private retreats.

Outdoor amenities enhance the overall experience, including three outdoor fire features, an outdoor gas grill, and covered patios for both the Main Floor and Walkout Basement.   This was easily the best overall rental property we've ever visited. It was clearn, very nicely decorated and included every little thing you could ever want in a rental. The only unfortunate thing is that we want to rent it again for two weeks, but it has now been taken out of the rental pool. Fortunately, all the other Ledges properties we've rented are quite good... although this was the best!

  We had a group of five couples who met in St George to attend a couple of shows at the Tuacahn Theater. The property management was very helpful in suggesting a property that would meet our needs. This home was a great fit for us, as every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were plenty of areas for us to gather in smaller groups, and we could all comfortably sit at the table for meals and card games. The kitchen was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It was a little too warm for golf, but we enjoyed the fitness center and pool. We're hoping to be back next year!

  Wonderful home. Great location, clean, accommodated our group of 9 ranging from ages 6 to 68 perfectly. The kitchen was great. We have a couple people with food allergies so we do a lot more cooking at home as eating out can sometimes be challenging. It was a great space and the double ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators was a bonus! The kitchenette in the room with the private entrance was great as it also allowed us a separate space to prep and store items. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was great and close to the house as was pickle ball. In the house the whole group loved the basketball shooting game and we had several competitions. The game cabinet inside was also great. We all agreed one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and would highly recommend! We did several of the National parks (Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce) and it was a great home base to come back to at the end of the day. Snow Canyon was right in the backyard and we enjoyed hikes and horseback riding there too! It truly exceeded our expectations!

  Impressive home from the time you walk through the door! The kitchen is well appointed and had lots of extra supplies that you don’t usually have in a rental. The views are beautiful and peaceful. Each room is tastefully decorated with a different country theme and has a great bed and it’s own bathroom. We enjoyed sunshine on the expansive deck and the great family room fireplace. The pool and hot tub were close, clean and enjoyed. The property management was very responsive to my texts and mailed me something I left with minimal effort on my part - thanks Kimber!   Being return customers for many years, we just love these Ledges new home rentals. They are new, well furnished, making for a nice calm Get a Way experience and adventure.
  Dan and Kimber make the rental process so easy, and always make sure the accommodations met with our expectations.
  The Ledges Golf club has an expanded menu, that is second to none, especially the Prime Rib dinner on Wednesday evening. It's a must have every time we come back.
  I would recommend this rental home to anyone wanting a nice quiet vacation, watching the golfers from the back balcony.
  Can't wait to return after the first of the year.
