I chose the property based on location right on the golf course, close to Snow Canyon and the private pool for our kids. We were impressed with how comfortable the space felt. Each of our kids had a space to themselves for sleeping and the common rooms were furnished in a way that we could all be together too. Views from the front room of the course are breathtaking. The pool and spa are easy to access and a good size for playing. We all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for providing such a beautiful property.

Cairn House 2 is a beautiful 3,821 square foot, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George.

The Fairways At The Ledges amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, two pickleball courts, horseshoes, fire pit, kitchen area, and restrooms.

The community pool and hot tub are heated year-round and guests receive complimentary access when staying in our rental units.

Enjoy the beautiful view of nearby Snow Canyon State Park while playing a friendly game of horseshoes or pickleball.

When staying in our unit you have access to the neighborhood fitness center which includes treadmills, elliptical, bench, and free weights.

Relax around the fire pit after cooling off in the pool.

Included in the amenities are two pickleball courts. Pickleball is a rising competitive sport that combines the best of tennis and ping pong.

This beautiful kitchen area is conveniently located next to pool and other amenities. Reservations are required to use this area and can be made through the HOA manager.
