Had an incredible experience at The Ledges. Came out for a softball tournament and the location and amenities did not disappoint. My kids loved the basketball game upstairs, I appreciated doing all our laundry right downstairs. The home was beautiful, the pool was relaxing, overall 10/10 experience! We took a trip to Zion while up there it is a must see hike.

We had a great stay, second time we have stayed at Ledges and second time in this unit. While it’s definitely slightly older than last time it’s still a fantastic location and unit. Plenty of space for three families to have their own space, own kids room. Had a few small hiccups but they were quick to help, heads up they only make fitted sheets on bunk beds now to preserve the integrity of the bunk beds.

We loved our stay here! Location was perfect for hiking and biking and just being away from the crowds of spring break. We loved the pickleball and the pool area. Excited to come and stay again. The living room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. There is also access to the back patio which has a BBQ grille suitable for all your favorite BBQ dishes.

The Kitchen Island comfortably seats 3 adults and creates a great space for serving and preparing meals.

The Kitchen is complete with everything you will need for meal preparations including pots, pans, baking dishes, plates, cups, silverware, cutlery, and an assortment of cooking utensils.

This sleek, modern kitchen has all the best upgrades to make cooking a breeze!

The pool and hot tub for amenity 1 are heated year-round and guests receive complimentary access when staying in our rental units.

This pantry shows the appliances available for your use when you stay with us.

The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and is stocked with laundry detergent if you desire to wash your clothes during your stay.

This half bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for your guests.

The Front Entry welcomes you to our home, Poolside Plunge.

Amenity 1 area includes a heated pool, heated kids pool, hot tub, two pickleball courts, and restrooms.

The kids pool area is shallow and perfect for younger children to play in.
