We have included a $50,000 arcade room, theater room with 200 inch screen, private pool and hot tub, and a private pickleball court for you to enjoy during your stay. Our 7,100 square foot home has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two gathering areas or the recreation room.

This house and venue were unbelievable, by far the best house we have ever rented; between the very large pool, the game room and the 20 seat theater room I can't tell you which one we liked best...all were used by all of us. The entire experience was fabulous, from booking to the stay! All communication was professional and timely. The house was perfect for our family reunion! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for the pool and showering. Pool toys, basketballs, pickle ball equipment, everything was provided. The kids and adults had a blast in the arcade, backyard and movie room. There was plenty of seating for meals and playing games. We will definitely be returning to Majestic Views!!!

Amazing rental home! The best we’ve been in so far and accommodated our group of 35 (kids and adults) very comfortably! The open layout of the main floor and all of the unique features like the pickle ball court, swimming pool (huge!), movie theater and arcade were heavily utilized by all the kids and adults. We stayed 5 nights and it went by so fast. The community and surrounding homes the property is set near was great. Didn’t have any issues at all! Will definitely be returning and referring others to this beautiful home!
