  I think the photos undersold this place. It was perfect for us. We had nine women on a girls' trip and this place was ideal. Would definitely rent again. The only thing I would request in the future would be a slightly better stocked kitchen. There wasn't a fry pan which was odd, and some basic spices, zip locks, etc would be helpful.

  We love staying at Chip Shot because of its great location for biking and hiking into Snow Canyon.
  
  The home is well laid out and easy to transition to from our home away from home.
  
  Love the master room with windows and balcony door. The main living area is great too for conversations and family gatherings.
  
  A few outdated kitchen items like cooking pans and chef knives should be updated. But, overall we highly recommend this unit.

  After an 18mo. Covid pause, it was great to return to the Ledges. We have rented several Ledges homes over the past 5 years. Every home has been very clean, so comfortable and a great relaxing get a way. It's like being "Home, Away from Home". So convenient to everything, but a calm and inviting atmosphere.
  Love to watch the golfer tee off, attend the "Prime Rib" special at the club. We also attended a live performance at Tuacahn because its so close.
  As repeat customers, Dan Dekker always gives us 10% discount, but would return without it. Dan, Kimber and the whole management staff make us feel like family. They make the whole process so easy, and always have the rentals in tip top shape.
  Now that Covid is behind us ? we shall be returning to our favorite "Get a Way".
  Thanks again for another great time to relax in such a calm, beautiful setting.

  Clean and tidy. This house has what you need for a good golf trip. We were able to walk to the pro shop, walk to the grill for breakfast, and walk to the range. We played in Mesquite and Hurricane and this was a good central location.

  This is a very beautiful house with amazing views and proximity for biking into Snow Canyon State Park. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils and condiments and had a nice two car garage. I would rent again, we used the pickleball courts and swimming pool and they were in great condition. This house is quite a walk from the pool though.
