This four bedroom, two level rental is a perfect retreat for families. The beds are soft and comfy. The upstairs deck is magical at night with the lights. The close proximity to pickleball courts is perfect. It’s just a short walk to the swimming pool and hot tub. I love the location of the Ledges- out of the bustle of St. George, but close enough for a quick trip into town.

We had an awesome time staying at the Ledges! The Canyon Crest was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with really nice dishes , pots and pans and tons of silverware, which all the women were secretly envious. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels,as well as having plenty of pool towels.
Kimber from Property mgmt. was very prompt in returning any phone calls or emails regarding any questions that came up.
We loved the pickle ball court that was right by our house, our grown kids were out there morning and evening! The pool was also very nice and relaxing.
Also liked that the security was present around Ledges so u felt safe.
We would definitely return and stay here again.

Great trip, great unit and outstanding area. The ONLY thing that I would change is the glassware in the kitchen. Very thin walled and you cannot use the glasses in the ice dispenser on the fridge as the glasses break very very easy. Other than that minor detail, an excellent unit and development and great location.

This rental was the perfect fit for a little getaway with all the adult kids. We loved the king sized beds for all the couples and the short walk to the pool and hot tub and the pickleball court was very close . Very clean and kitchen was stocked with appliances we needed. We enjoyed the fish rock grill for brunch . We only left the property once during our stay because we had all that we needed for a great time.

The living room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. There is also access to the back patio which has a BBQ grille suitable for all your favorite BBQ dishes.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, cookware, baking pans, and cutlery you will need for meal preparations and includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The pool and hot tub for amenity 1 are heated year-round and guests receive complimentary access when staying in our rental units.
