Our Happy Place

Our Happy Place is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We really enjoyed the balcony and the fire pit. It was really clean and beautifully decorated. We used the grill one day and it worked great. We loved the pool. It felt warm and inviting but also very practical. We’re planning on coming back.

  Our stay was great! Perfect place for a girls weekend in St. George. Plenty of beds and space to hang out together, nice linens, plenty of towels and enough dishes that we didn't have to wash anything until we were leaving. Two very minor issues we noticed was that the washer had a bad, mildew smell when we opened the closet door. It's a front load and we know those tend to have issues if you aren't running wash every day or you leave the door closed. We also had a minor glitch with the TV in the main room on our last night. We fixed it by swapping batteries in the remote and by unplugging/replugging in the TV. So nothing bad enough to impact the satisfaction of our stay, but things that should be addressed by the management company.

  This house is great! It was nice and clean. It has everything you need in the kitchen and the gas grill is so nice! We loved that there are king beds in the bedrooms. It is in a great location for the pickleball court and the pool. We loved it here.

  We have stayed in the complex before and love it. Great place for to stay. Clean big, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Landscaping is beautiful. Only complaint is that there was a air hockey table and a ping pong table stored in an already small garage. It made parking very difficult. Would have been nice to get a heads up before arriving.

  We loved our stay at This Is Our Happy Place. The Ledges gave us great information prior to our trip about what is available, parking, directions, etc. The location was close to Snow Canyon and Pioneer Park. You needed to drive about 15 minutes to get to other services and amenities but that was no big deal. The condo was in excellent condition. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs (there are two in the complex.) The only tricky thing is the parking. There is only one available spot to park in front of the condo because there is an air hockey table in the garage. The kids loved that so having to walk a bit to park was worth the trade off but that might be an issue if you have multiple cars. We are definitely planning on staying here again. Things we really liked about the condo, 4.5 bathrooms, pool towels at the condo, pool and pickleball equipment, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with plenty of kitchen accessories, including a crock pot. The grill was a nice touch! The condo was big enough for the kids to play but still nice for the adult to visit. The upstairs and downstairs outdoor areas are wonderful for visiting, reading, or even napping. The condo facility was very clean and orderly with friendly staff to answer questions.

  We had a great stay here for a few nights. Everything was clean and in good condition. We loved the location close to Snow Canyon. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (even on a cold December day). Plenty of bed space for a group and a bathroom for each bedroom, which was nice. The kitchen had lots of dishes and silverware, toaster, pots, all the basics, no colander or specialty kitchen items, so if there’s something specific you need, you might want to bring it. I appreciated they had some plastic cups for kids. I did think it was ticky to include wiping down the counters and stove/microwave in the check-out instructions when we’re already paying a cleaning fee. I also think it should be clear in the description that there isn’t really space to park in the garage. There are air hockey and ping pong tables in the garage, and even when we tried to move them to the side, there wasn’t room to park a car. There is a driveway spot and other open spots in the complex, so it was fine, but we ended up parking one of our cars further away then we’d expected. Overall a really nice stay, we’d definitely stay again.

  Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We really liked that there were 3 upstairs bathrooms. Living room is a little tight, but we pulled up some extra chairs and made it work. Loved the hot tub and close proximity to it. Garage is very tight to park in, so we parked on the driveway.

  This place has everything you need! Decorated beautifully and plenty of room for 9. Close to the pool. Loved it!! The only small complaint I have is that this unit had only 1-car garage. We had 3 cars there (and 8 expensive mountain bikes that needed to be locked up!)so it was a challenge to find a spot for everything. There are lots of units in the same development that have 2 car garages so if you have lots of toys or lots of cars I’d recommend choosing one of those!
