This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 1,932 sq ft villa, inspired by the nearby Snow Canyon Scenic Overlook, welcomes you to Overlook Oasis, a luxury vacation villa that offers everything you could ask for during your stay in Southern Utah. Relax in the open great room after a long day of exploring and eventually retire to one of the 4 private bedrooms, 3 with their own en-suite baths. The rear patio is shaded in the late afternoon, perfect for grilling a special dish. After dinner, head to the rooftop patio and watch the sunset over Snow Canyon. Turn on the fire pit and string lights for some amazing ambiance as you settle into the comfy patio furniture.

This home is thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops and has seating for 12, equipped with all the appliances you need to whip up a home-cooked meal away from home. Each room features a flat-screen HDTV, USB charging stations, and thoughtful areas to help you unwind on your own time. There's even a kids' play area under the stairs that might become your little one’s favorite spot.

  5 star however, my only issue was that we as adults tried to used the jacuzzi at 9p and it was very temperate not hot and very murky from all of the kid use. It didn’t seem there was any way to up the temp? Otherwise by far 5 stars, am amazing experience!

  It was clean, had everything we needed, close enough to town so we could get what we needed but far enough away to feel like we were on vacation. The pool was within waking distance which made it very convenient with our kids. We had a full house but there was enough room that we never felt crowded or waited on bathrooms. The view from the front patio was amazing. We spend a lot of time enjoying the sunset and looking at the stars.

  The oasis was very accommodating for our stay. We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen and sitting in the patio for our family meals. Having access to the pool /hot tub was so convenient. Also being close to Snow Canyon made it easy to hop on the freeway and visit the park for a day hike!
