  This place was very nice and each room had its own bathroom which made it very accommodating for a few families to stay together. The pool was close by along with a pickle ball court. The road in wasn’t too far so we felt comfortable leaving our trailer parked there with our razor and four wheelers .

  Beautiful, convenient, organized, clean, modern and stylish. Very close to Snow Canyon and our group enjoyed our time at the Ledges. Each bedroom has a bathroom plus a half bath by the main foyer. There’s an amazingly designed laundry room but we found only two laundry pods so not a lot of washing can be done unless you bring/buy your own laundry soap. We were able to watch Netflix, grill, relax by the fire pit and some of us were able to swim across the street. It was such a fun mini vacay for us and can’t wait to book another unit here at the Ledges.

  Beautiful rental and great location. However the beds were very hard and made it difficult to sleep for our comfort. We would have preferred to have a few larger beds instead of so many bunks as our teenagers can’t fit in bunks. But overall we loved the rental and felt like the design and decorating was amazing. We loved that there were pool toys and pool toys as well as scooters.
