Hacienda Hideaway is a great place to stay. Having the private hot tub helps to enhance the experience so your can relax in peace. The condo is clean and modern. There is an enforced noise ordinance so the community is quiet after 10 pm. Security will also make regular runs to insure the rules are followed. The staff was prompt with my questions and helpful when something was needed.

Another great week at the Hacienda Hideaway at The Ledges Vacation Rental. This is our second year at this rental and plan on returning next year. The Fish Rock Grille did not disappoint. We ordered pizza from the restaurant the first night in town and then returned for a sit down meal later on in the week. The staff was excellent and the food was great! The weather was cooler than average this year so the private hot tub felt great. Everything is well stocked in this unit. We were able to use the proximity to Gunlock and Snow Canyon State parks to see the waterfalls and do some hiking. Overall a great vacation!

We stayed at the Hacienda Hideaway for our 2022 Spring Break Vacation. My wife, my 2 kids, and myself all agreed that this was by far our favorite vacation rental experience that we've had. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials that we needed to make breakfast each morning and dinner a few times during our stay. We spent a few nights playing the games that were furnished and also using the foosball game in the upstairs family room. We absolutely loved the hot tub and gas fire pit on the upstairs balcony. The location of Ledges to the Snow Canyon State Park was perfect for a day of hiking. We also absolutely loved the dinner menu at the Fishrock Grille! We ate there twice during our stay at Ledges. Just one suggestion. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan or a fan in the bedrooms. With being asked to set the thermostat no lower than 72 degrees we were a little bit warm while trying to fall asleep. Would definitely give this place 5 out of 5 stars and we are already looking to book for next Spring Break

We loved our time in this rental. It has all the comforts of home and is very clean and well stocked with most of what you would need. We also thought the beds were very comfortable. One of our 5 children is a 6 month old baby and they had a high chair, pack and play and mattress pad and sheet for the pack and play. The Master bedroom closet was large enough that we could set it all up in there and have the baby have it’s own space but still close by. We all slept great. We loved being a little out of town and away from crowds but close enough that going into St George is not a long drive. It is close to lots of recreation but there is plenty to do right in the resort community. We loved ordering food from the restaurant right there on the golf course so we didn’t have to go far. The pools are clean and fun and it’s the perfect community for walking or bike riding. Also, the rooftop hot tub was wonderful and it is very dark out there so the stars were amazing every night. We had a hard time going in because they just got brighter the later it got. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

With an open and spacious floor plan, the Dining Room and Kitchen can accommodate meal preparations for groups large or small.

The living room is designed as an open floor plan and is a great gathering place for meals, games, or watching TV during your stay.

The Patio Deck is a spacious area to entertain guests, relax in your own private hot tub, all while enjoying the beautiful surrounding landscapes of Snow Canyon State Park

The Kitchen is complete with everything you will need for meal preparations including pots, pans, baking dishes, plates, cups, silverware, cutlery, and an assortment of cooking utensils.

Relax in the oversized community hot tub that is open and heated year-round.

The pool and hot tub for amenity 1 are heated year-round and guests receive complimentary access when staying in our rental units.

Amenity 2 includes a pickleball court that has stunning views of Snow Canyon State Park.

The Living Room is conveniently located adjacent to the Kitchen and Dining Table and is a great place for entertaining guests during downtime.

The Family Room, located upstairs, is a perfect place to relax or a great hangout place for children.

Your guests will stay busy with this fun foosball table.

The Front Deck has accessory lighting for evening gatherings and is accessed through the family room on the second floor

The Main bedroom is furnished with a plush King bed, private TV, and walk-in closet.

The Front Entry welcomes you to our home, Hacienda Hideaway!

This home includes a washer and dryer to accommodate all your needs.

This loft area is large enough to entertain all your guests.

Welcome to our home, Hacienda Highway. Our 1812 square foot luxury villa includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and has a maximum occupancy of 12 people.

You can see the appliances included that are located in the pantry.

The kids pool area is shallow and perfect for younger children to play in.

Amenity 1 includes two pickleball courts that you can use during your stay.

The second neighborhood amenity area includes a heated pool, hot tub, kid area, one pickleball court, and restrooms.

Pool 2 is heated year-round and includes a deeper swimming area and a shallow kid’s area.

Amenity 2 includes a spacious hot tub that is heated and open all year.

Amenity 1 area includes a heated pool, heated kids pool, hot tub, two pickleball courts, and restrooms.
