The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is a 2,692 sq ft 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa located by the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickleball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20 person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within a 100 steps of your front door.

Come on down for Senior Games, St George Marathon, The Iron Man Competition, Soccer Tournaments, Baseball Tournaments, Work Retreats, Golfing Vacation, Family Reunions, whatever your reason, we would love to have you!

  Overall it was an incredible experience. The house was fantastic and being on the 18th tee made it easy to walk over to the clubhouse for our round of golf. The customer service was extremely attentive and helpful. One of my best memories for our annual golf trip. Will continue to push the thought of having the group come back.   It was absolutely perfect for what we needed and how many people we had! Everyone absolutely enjoyed and all the kids loved it! One thing we didn't realize is that one of the bedrooms upstairs, shares a bathroom and it is not it's own, but not too big of deal (just didn't specify in the listing) - Only other thing is, there was a small leak under the kitchen sink that's been there awhile and starting to rot the wood and have a lil smell ... But other than that, absolutely perfect!

  Our group was extremely pleased with our trip to St George and our stay at the Gathering Place. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. Two changes I would make in the unit. First the queen bed in the 4 th bedroom saga badly. It needs to be changed. If you do, it would be wise to go to a king bed. Second, the coffee pot needs replaces. Pods are the in thing. Thanks again for asking. See you next year.

  Peggy & Rogers home is beautiful and so accommodating.
  We have stayed at a lot of different places and there always seems to be items missing (especially in the Kitchen) Their home was so nicely equipped that we even enjoyed cooking some meals and staying in. We had our grand-kiddos with us and there were so many toys and things to keep them busy! The Bunk Room, was incredible and all the Bedroom Suites were beautiful! I would recommend staying in their home above any of the other places that we have frequented over the years while visiting St.George!

  When my 12 year old niece saw the upstairs bunk area she said, "this is... I have NO words" - which sums up our stay! There was not one thing we needed that hadn't been provided.
  It is tastefully decorated with very nice furniture. The beds are extremely comfortable with nice linens. Lots of towels for showering and swimming.
  Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage.
