The Pickleball Palace

Pickleball Palace is a 3 bedroom (with a bunkroom loft), 4.5 bathroom, 1,812 sq ft Villa located steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickle ball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20 person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within a 100 steps of your front door.

  We’ve stayed at the ledges property rentals a few times and I have to say the management is awesome to work with! they will work with you to get the best rental to fit your needs. I called the day of checking in and Kimber was so nice I told her our family’s needs and she sent me the best rentals and I booked this one. Great rental has everything except your basic Satellite TV which we’re offered at other properties we rented before so I would rent another property if it came down to it again simply for this reason but great rental if you don’t watch satellite tv. We had people over to watch baseball games and couldn't do so. This rental has pickball paddles balls, swimming toys, cute scooters for little ones perfect rental if offered satellite tv.
