  The home had ample kitchen supplies and was very cozy with plenty of blankets, towels etc. it was close to pickle ball courts and the pool and exit. About 15 mins from St. George so location was convenient.
  The golf was great, however, a few golf pro shop employees were very uninviting and rude, maybe it was due to being guests and not members, but it put a damper on our stay and considering in future purchase location.
  The restaurant Rock Grillle was fabulous! The fish n chips, burgers were great and they have specials every night which are incredibly priced! We really enjoyed prime rib Wednesday! Our waitress was super wonderful and kind and attentive! It was fantastic that we could text management with some house issues like tv cable and they were on it!!

  Our party of four siblings just completed a wonderful 6 night stay at the Life's Good unit at the Ledges. Our entire experience was terrific. The unit was beautiful and well maintained. The Ledges is a great community with a great pool, golf course and clubhouse - and is located in the great larger community of St. George, where you can find wonderful restaurants, outdoor activities and grocery stores. We rode e-bikes in Zion and Snow Canyon, golfed at the Ledges, Copper Rock, Sand Hollow and Wolf Creek, and explored the sand dunes in a Polaris UTV (Mad Moose) and Lower Antelope Canyon (which while a 3 hour drive was a bucket list experience!!). When we had a maintenance issue, it was resolved by a very responsive staff. 5*'s all around!!

  Incredible unit, great location and views. Just across the street from the pool and courts. We also loved that it’s right off the 18th green of the Ledges golf course. Since it’s a corner unit, it also has unobstructed views of the 9th green. The back patio overlooks the 18th hole and nice pro shop/clubhouse. An unexpected positive was the nice desert landscape and location on the course. At dusk we would go on little safaris with our kids, ages 2, 4 and 7 looking for golf balls, frogs, lizards and other wild life. As mentioned earlier the clubhouse including fish rock grille is just out the back patio. Being so close is very convenient for take out. The food is very good. We enjoyed everything we ordered and enjoyed eating it on the back patio. The layout, decor, furnishings etc were also great. Perfect for two couples with kids. We had our 3 kids plus my Mom and Dad. You will not be disappointed.

  We love the location--away from the bustle of traffic. We have stayed here at the Ledges before and will stay again sometime. We rode bikes from our condo. We liked having the garage just to store our bikes. We played pickle ball on the court outside our door. The swimming pool was across the street. We ate at the Cliffside restaurant which we had never been to before which was wonderful. We did a hike in the Red Cliffs Preserve. There is a visitors center downtown that was very helpful with information about hikes there. We always love Snow Canyon. We found a great viewpoint you can drive to that overlooks it.

  This was a golfing and National Parks getaway. The Ledges offered the perfect spot to return to after a busy day. The condo was spacious and clean with a nice view of the 18th green. While we enjoyed the patio, the grill was dirty and unusable. The A/C upstairs could not be controlled and guests had to turn on the heat to be comfortable. The water temperature was not hot until a maintenance person discovered that the water heater was set on low. We received great service from the staff at the Ledges. My suggestion would be that they need to check out the condo more carefully before guests arrive.

  Every year we three couples get together from Arizona, Utah and Colorado, and we have always used HomeAway to make our lodging arrangements. This year, once we decided on St. George as our destination, it was difficult to make a choice as to our lodging because there were several places from which to choose. We were all delighted that we chose the Ledges. The three bedroom, 3.5 bath condo was just perfect for our needs. The common areas were more than large enough for our the card and board games that we enjoy playing together, and the kitchen allowed each of us to prepare our own meals as we saw fit. We will be back in the near future.

  Gorgeous scenery, great dining, with challenging and fabulous golf course. The front nine was a great warm up for the scenic and fun back nine. We will be back. The accommodations were fantastic with all the comforts of home. We appreciated the DVR so we could record the World Series and watch after dinner at the Rock Fish Grill with beautiful setting and great food.

  This was a nice condo, a little out of the way as far as being not in St. George, but quite and fun. The pool is great for kids! They have a nice large spa, a large sun shelf in their pool. It was quite and there is an amazing walking trail near by!!
