Fish Rock Retreat

Fish Rock Retreat is a 2,434 sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, a covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

  Husband and I traveled with another couple on a golf trip. Dan Dekker recommended Fish Rock based on my specs, and we were very pleased with this house. It suited our needs perfectly - spacious, clean, and quiet. The only negative involved the master bedroom. There are 3 uncovered windows above the bed, and between the patio light from the house next door, and the very bright moonlight, the room stayed well-lit all night. Aside from that issue, we couldn't have been happier with this house. Also, a shout-out to Kyle Chappell (Head Golf Pro) who carefully packed and shipped my sunglasses to me after leaving them behind in a golf cart. Great customer service.

  Our family of six planned to come to the St. George area for months for our spring break. We were tired of the hotel scene and wanted something that felt a little more like home where we could stay up as late as we wanted but have nearly all the amenities of home. This home at The Ledges absolutely fit that need for us. Awesome spacious rooms and the little detached room for our teenaged daughters gave us all enough space when we were back from exploring to undwind. The weather wasn’t the best but good enough to satisfy us. The only negative thing was that the large windows through the house had very see-through window coverings that didn’t provide the privacy you would hope to have. Another amazing thing was they had apparently just built a new pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts just one building away and we practically had the place to ourselves. The property manager was also very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Overall we had an awesome time and wish we had a few extra days to be there.

  We stayed at Fish Rock Retreat for 2 weeks and it was one of the best vacations ever. The house was beautiful, well kept and the surroundings were amazing. Everything inside was top quality and looked like a 5 star accommodation. I had to look up the mattress in the master bedroom because it was the first time in a long time that I did not wake up with back pain. Sheets were soft as were the towels in the bathrooms.
  Waking up every morning and having breakfast on the patio was so relaxing. Hiking and visiting state and national parks (The Narrows hike in Zion is out of this world!) during the day and come home to a most peaceful and beautiful setting. Grilling in the evening and enjoying it while watching the quails and roadrunners. Followed by stargazing and even the Neowise comet. We did get take out from the Fish Rock restaurant in the Ledges Golf and it was pretty good.
  The only bad thing was that we had to leave. So we definitely will be back, SOON!

  Over the past 3 years we have rented several (Condo & Home) units at the Ledges. Every unit has been clean, well stocked, a real Home away from Home.
  The Management Staff, especially Dan that we have been working with from the beginning, has always been very attentive to our needs for each and every rental unit we have rented.
  The Ledges rental web site is easy to use and its so nice to have a wide variety of units to pick from.
  We stay at the ledges a couple times a year because the units are so new, clean and close to everything.
  Another positive is that the Club house is now serving Breakfast a few days a week. The Wed night Prime rib special is super and a must have.

  We checked in on super short notice, and the staff could not have been more accomodating! They showed us multiple units and even gave us a bottle of wine! The course was in impeccable condition, pool was beautiful and very clean, hardly anyone there! Absolutely loved the rental and the views, cannot give a better review of our experience!!

  We needed a place in the St. George area for the family to stay while our boys played in a baseball tournament there. This place was perfect. Had everything we needed. Clean. Simple. Everything worked. If you're ok to stay 10 or 15 minutes north of the city center, I recommend.

  The home was setup with everything we need and love the modern style. It is the perfect distance out of town to be nice and quiet, yet convenient to make trips in for other activities. Working with Dan Decker has to be our best experience to date with a vacation home. Will be staying here in the future. This homendoesnt have a pool house or other community features with in walking distance yet, but wasn’t a big deal for my family to drive 3 min over to them.

• Peace & Quiet in the High Desert

  The house is impeccable; the pictures don't really do it justice. Well designed, well finished and well furnished. Better than being at home.
  Location is nice and quiet. While there is some construction in the neighborhood it isn't noticeable on the property.
  No shortage of stars at night and not a person or any noise other than the wind. The only downside (and it is minor) is that the property sits at the same level as the golf course so you will see golfers during the day.
