The house boasts 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, featuring 6 king-sized bedrooms, 2 master suites with expansive views, and an additional 2 double bunks. This setup ensures that "Taking Flight" can comfortably accommodate a variety of group sizes.

The residence is adorned with fine antiques, original art, and oriental carpets, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance. Every conceivable upgrade is incorporated, including HDTVs in every room. The light-filled gourmet kitchen showcases quartz countertops, a large sink, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and full-sized appliances. The open floor plan includes a living room with a gas fireplace, large butted glass view windows overlooking the golf course, serene bedrooms, and a spacious downstairs family TV area.

Outdoor amenities at "Taking Flight" include a 15-foot swim spa with a privacy fence, a firepit, outdoor dining, a BBQ, and an entertaining area.   Unreal house to stay at! Clean perfect for an 8 guy trip. Kitchen was stocked! Had everything you could think of you would need.

  You are about 15 minutes out of town to the north so keep that in mind. We did not play the ledges golf course. But you are literally walking distance to the course.

  We stayed 4 nights with two families and our grandparents who stayed in the casita. We had a lovely time. The property was as described and looked just like the pictures. It's a bit out of town towards Snow Canyon. It would be a very convenient location for Tuacahn. We were in town for a soccer tournament but we enjoyed Gunlock falls, rappelling and rock climbing and golfing close by.

  We recently rented Taking Flight as a location to house our family during my mom‘s 80th birthday celebration. In total, there were eight of us, including an infant. The location was perfectly situated near St. George, had a venue for my mom‘s party, and was ideal for entertaining afterwards. The layout was perfect for young and old alike, with single level bedrooms, and a lower level for the kids. The morning and evening views were spectacular with the sunrise and sunset. Communication with owners was easy. Kitchen was perfectly appointed and large enough to prepare large meals. Loved the decor and the exceptionally clean hot tub. Our granddaughter loved playing the piano.

  For as many people as this house will accommodate and the time period we stayed, I would offer a larger bottle of dish soap and a second refrigerator might have been nice. I never found the ironing board. Everything else was above and beyond.

  This was the most beautiful rental home! It had everything! Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful windows with sunny views, even the decor is a treat! It was a wonderful place to relax after hiking and biking, we rode our bikes into Snow Canyon right from the house. We loved the hot tub and the pickle ball courts.   We had a wonderful vacation at the Taking Flight home in Ledges. Some of our favorite things about the home were the on-site spa pool and fire pit, the proximity to the new park, and easy access to the community pool, Pickleball, and workout center. The home was decorated with exceptional taste and had everything a renter would need, plus more...including a grand piano! We loved watching the golfers throughout the day from our back deck.
