Fairway To Heaven is a 2,990 sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home includes a private hot tub and is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Accommodations also include a private putting green, ping pong table, fireplace, outdoor gas grill, outdoor firepit, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

  We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home! It was furnished and equipped perfectly! It had everything we needed for a memorable family vacation. Grandkids loved the ping pong table, razors, bikes, putting green, corn hole set-up, board games and hot tub! In a 3 minute walk we were at the private pool/hot tub and pickleball courts and used them nearly every day. The hiking, biking, and golfing at the Ledges was wonderful! Everything so close including the Fish Rock Grille when we wanted to dine out. We've stayed in MANY vacation rentals and this is the top of our list for comfort and recreation options!

  This is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. This house is band new, very clean, with plenty to do. The location is only two blocks away from the elite Ledges Golf course, Fish Rock Bar and Grill, and 5 star restaurant. It a block away from the pool and amenities, with a private hot tub, putting green, ping pong table, mountain bikes, scooters, and electric car charger all on site. This house is located across the street from the Fish Rock City Park where there are pickle ball courts, swings, recreation area, and much more. This house is spacious and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms along with a Casita. The house says it can only sleep eight, however, we put kids on comfortable reclining couches and air mattresses that were provided at the house and we slept many more comfortably. This house is spacious and inviting with everything that you need on one level. It is 4 miles from Snow Canyon, 14 miles from Gunlock Reservoir, and provides plenty of places to hike, ride bikes or scooters, run, or any other activity that you enjoy. The sunsets are beautiful and it is a low light community so the stars are brilliant at night. This house is about 7 miles out of town so you feel like you are away, however, many restraints, grocery stores, and everything you need are only a 10 minute drive away. We had such an amazing time at this home we will definitely come back and stay and would definingly recommend it to anyone who likes to relax and get away. My kids want to come back every year!   Myself and 3 of my buddies enjoyed a wonderful house experience while in the St George area to play golf. The house we stayed at, Fairway to Heaven, was a perfect set up for 4 buddies there to play golf in the region. The house had 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the rest of the house was beautiful and well appointed. We would definitely consider staying there again should we once again consider staying and playing golf in the St. George region.

  Great family friendly house! Great location near the community pool, pickle ball courts and workout facility. The house has a putting green and hot tub in the backyard along with a gas fire pit.   This is a beautiful house that is open and spacious. It is much more beautiful than the pictures show. We love how quiet the neighborhood is and how bright the stars are at night. We loved the location it truly feels like getting away. The hot tub, ping pong table, mountain bikes, putting green, and electric car charger were super cool. This home has quality furnishings and very comfortable mattresses. This home can sleep way more than 8 if you want to put kids on the floor or on the reclining couches x 4. We loved being right next to the golf course one way and the pool the other way. We loved staying at Fairway To Heaven and will deffinently visit again.

  We couldn't have selected a better property to celebrate our father's 90th birthday! We had a wonderful time while staying in Fairway to Heaven! The property description was accurate, the property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The location was also beautiful and very quiet. The layout of the property was perfect for our family of 7. It was very spacious and had so many comforts. My father stayed in the casita and loved it, he was very comfortable and enjoyed having his own private bathroom.
  
  Both the owner and manager provided excellent customer service, they were very accommodating, kind, and helpful.
  
  While we were there we enjoyed the bike trails with our e-bikes, the pickleball courts, the hot tub, putting green, and the ping pong table.
  
  I would recommend this property to my friends and family. It really was a perfect weekend and we plan to return to Fairway to Heaven again soon!
