The Colombia Retreat is a spacious 2,817 sq. foot luxury home situated in The Ledges of St. George. Designed to accommodate both single and multi-family groups, this residence features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The interior is elegantly furnished with all the desirable upgrades, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The open and welcoming floor plan creates a comfortable living space, and the bedrooms are designed to provide a quiet and private retreat. Outdoor amenities enhance the overall experience, with features such as an outdoor gas grill, a private pool, a hot tub, a covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, conveniently located near the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Residents and guests can enjoy the nearby hiking, biking, and ATV trails, as well as world-famous rock climbing and rappelling.   From the quality of linen to the beautiful furniture and from the marble floors to the most spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.... we didn't want to leave. We have never seen a rental in all of our years that comes close to being this luxurious.
  
  A 2 min walk to the pro shop at Legends made it a breeze to go there for playing golf and also for dinner - which was wonderful.
  
  The owners of this get away have thought of everything - extra tank for the Culligan water and gas fire pit - cups and plates of every style and size and what seemed like 100's of towels. We also used the jacuzzi every night and it was a breeze to turn on and a perfect fit for 4 of us.

  Absolutely lovey home. The entire house layout was perfect for gatherings, especially the kitchen which included every possible kitchen utensil and gadgets for someone who likes to cook.   We absolutely loved this house. The second we stepped into the home we knew we'd be booking this rental again and for longer. The master bedroom and bathroom were magical. My kids were so excited about the shared double bunk bedroom. Because of the private pool and hot tub we didn't have to stress about packing up and leaving to go anywhere with our 4 kids. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was thoughtfully labeled. We loved everything about this house and have no complaints. This house was exactly what we were looking for and we will book it for our bi-annual St George trips from here on.

The home was stocked with everything we needed even a spare coffee maker luckily because the one they had on the counter never worked. The hot tub and pool were very clean as well. We were pleasantly surprised that the home was even decorated for Christmas! That was such a bonus. My kids loved the pool and the Xbox that was in the bunk room. The home is very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The Ledges staff was excellent to work with as well. We had them grocery shop for us ahead of time, and if there was anything we needed, they were quick to help out. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous and peaceful backyard. We encountered a minor problem in the middle of the night and Kimberly with the management company was available and very helpful in solving the issue.   This house was a great Basecamp for our visit to St George. We love the Ledges and have rented a few different houses over the last couple years. They've all been very nice.....this particular home was excellent! The private backyard pool and hot tub was awesome. This being an actual home, away from the condo side of the ledges, we felt like we were the only people around. It was so peacefully screaming kids at the community pool to listen to while sitting outside enjoying the sunsets. We will be back with the entire family....kids and grandkids as this house will fit everyone. The automatic pool cover was a nice feature so when we do bring the littles, we won't have to worry about them. Kitchen was nicely stocked for meal prep and the layout of the home would give everyone ample space. We are actually considering buying at the ledges

  The house is not only beautiful, the location is scenic & perfect. We stay in many rental properties & this house is probably the most organized & well equipped house we have been in. The decor was nice & the beds were very comfortable. Everything is very clean & organized. There are even labels on the light switches & inside the kitchen cabinets to let you know where everything belongs. The communication with the owner is excellent. The pool & hot tub were a nice plus also. It was overall a very enjoyable stay & I would recommend it to other travelers. It is a relatively new development so there was quite a bit of construction on our street so it was a little noisy by the pool but inside the house you could not hear anything.
