  Wonderful property. The only problem was heating the lower level. It was cold all the time. Tried turning the thermostat up downstairs but never got above 72 and with the high ceilings and lots of glass it was cold.

  This townhouse is the perfect place for a weekend get away. The home is clean and well kept up. It is right across the street from the pool and pickle ball courts. The home is well stocked. We had four adults and 3 kids and had ample space. I love being able to have a place for everyone to be while on vacation and this house did that for us.

  My family and I were in St George for a softball tournament and needed a place to stay for 5 days, I don’t think I could have picked a better place. The home was very clean and the decor was just our style and like new. The location is just outside of town but since there’s no traffic you can get anywhere in about 15-20 minutes. The pool across the street was nice and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of basic items in the pantry. There’s also a pond (man made for the golf course) behind the house which my daughter loved because she was able to skip rocks. The sun sets late in Utah so my only recommendation for the property owner would be to install black-out curtains for guests that like to go to bed a little early or sleep in. Would definitely book this place again if visiting the area.

  We booked this as a chill girls getaway and it was perfect. We could have even invited a couple more people since there was so much space for just the three of us. Everything was carefully thought of when providing all the necessities in this home, down to the most comfortable beds and pillows. Renting was beyond easy and nice we didn't even have to interact with a human our entire stay. Wr had access to the pool area, the deck was awesome too. The location can't be helped, but it's far from grocery stores and civilization (which is okay, but just know you can't really walk to grab food unless it's at the grille on property). I highly recommend this home and we will likely be back!

  Our family of 7 styed at Cloud 9 for 11 days. It was by far the best family vacation we have ever taken. Due to the size of our family we always like to stay in places like cloud 9 versus the typical hotel/resort type of lodging. Everything was absolutely stunning. The inside was very well decorated and it was by far one of the best equipped rentals we have ever stayed at. The views are like none other. You can relax on the upper balcony and enjoy a fire in the evening or a great family meal on the back patio. There is plenty of space to be together or spread out and get some quiet space away from other family members. The beds were very comfortable and all the linens were well maintained. Being close to the pickle ball and pool were absolutely amazing! The location is perfect! We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area as well as taking day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon and the northern rim of the Grand Canyon. It was such an amazing vacation. The area is beautiful. We HIGHLY recommend you stay at CLOUD 9 we promise you will feel like your on CLOUD 9 your entire vacation!
