Red Rock Oasis is a 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances.   We had a fabulous time! Loved the amenities (especially the 2 coffee pots) since we cooked all meals. All appliances worked, yea! Enjoyed the Pickleball court right next to our unit. Enjoyed the roof patio day and night with the fire pit. Only negative was it was too hot upstairs so sleeping was a little rough. The last night we tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn’t work so I figured it is set remotely.

Two areas for improvement--(1) it would be nice to have a fitness room; and (2) we learned too late that the advertised discount on green fees at the Ledges Golf Club applies only to 18 holes during peak times, and not to nine holes or off-peak times or other discounted rates. On the whole, however, this is a great, clean, and well-maintained property.

In response to your statement about the golf discount, here is how that works for future stays. When staying with us, you receive $10 off per player, any season, for 18 holes with cart. There is no discount for 9 holes or twilight times, as those are already discounted. Example of the discount.. Right now our regular green fees are $65 a player with cart. When you book a morning tee time with us, your rate becomes $55 a player with cart. We take the green fees and tie them into your reservation. Sorry for any confusion on our end and we would love to have you back. Com see us again.
