Wonderful vacation rental for an extended family.
I was there with my dad and three sisters and spouses. Plenty of room for everyone. The condo is well built and well stocked. The pool and hot tubs right across the street. It couldn't have been better. Very close to hikes in Snow Canyon.

We have an annual girls trip and have been staying at this place. It accommodates our group perfectly. Comfortable seating and beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked / maybe the best one we have ever stayed at. The pool is conveniently located right across the street. Also, enjoyed the pickleball court. Can’t wait until next year.

My family and I had a great time at the Poolside Paradise. Parking was easy to figure out for our 6 vehicles and the pool was right across the street, perfect for all our little kids. The few minor issues we had were solved quickly by the property management. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels for our large group. Overall it was an excellent experience that we hope to do again in the future.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this property and have enjoyed it immensely each time. It accommodates our 8 adults and 4 kids beautifully with room to gather and room to spread out. We love the amenities and well-stocked kitchen. We were disappointed that we couldn't get the grill to work but we were able to cook the burgers indoors on the griddle. We also had to be creative with playing pickleball as there were only 3 paddles but we made it work. We'll stay there again.

We planned a multi-generational vacation and this house met all our needs. Everyone had enough space. The beds are cozy and the house was decorated nicely. It was clean in all the right places but some missed things like water bottles under beds, socks in drawers... The staff was very helpful and responsive to any needs!! Our crew had a sick family member and rhe staff was able to get us checked-in early so they could rest. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our family Christmas with the kids and grandkids. The bed situation was great and fit all 22 of us. Beds were super comfortable and it had plenty of gathering areas indoors and out. The only thing bad was there was no mop to clean up spills and only 4 garbage bags. We had a big group and definitely needed more. Also no spices or oil etc in the cupboards so we had to buy every little thing.

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children enjoyed their stay at this property. The villa was clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed eating dinner on the back patio and breakfast and lunch on the patio deck. Having the pool across the street was a bonus. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Be aware - Pictures of the bedrooms listed TVs in the captions but only the master bedroom had a TV. The property is also a 15-20 minute drive from gas, groceries, restaurants, etc. so plan ahead. That said, we would stay here again.

Each group had their own rooms and bathrooms and the singles were able to each have their own space also. The Kitchen is complete with everything you will need for meal preparations including pots, pans, baking dishes, plates, cups, silverware, cutlery, and an assortment of cooking utensils.

The living room is designed as an open floor plan and is a great gathering place for meals, games, or watching TV during your stay.

Enjoy having the option for complete privacy in the family room by closing the blinds over the windows and sliding glass door.

Our unit is located directly across the street from the community pool. Relax on the patio while watching the kids swim at the pool.

Amenity 1 area includes a heated pool, heated kids pool, hot tub, two pickleball courts, and restrooms.

The pool and hot tub for amenity 1 are heated year-round and guests receive complimentary access when staying in our rental units.

Relax in the oversized community hot tub that is open and heated year-round.

Amenity 2 includes a pickleball court that has stunning views of Snow Canyon State Park.

The Main bedroom is furnished with a plush King bed, private TV, and walk-in closet.

The Back Patio includes an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and sliding glass door that leads into the living room.

The kids pool area is shallow and perfect for younger children to play in.

Amenity 1 includes two pickleball courts that you can use during your stay.

The second neighborhood amenity area includes a heated pool, hot tub, kid area, one pickleball court, and restrooms.

Pool 2 is heated year-round and includes a deeper swimming area and a shallow kid’s area.

Amenity 2 includes a spacious hot tub that is heated and open all year.
