Zane's Place

Zane's Place is a 2,475 square foot luxury home located on the 2nd hole at The Ledges Golf Club. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, a covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

  The house is beautiful and very clean! Could use more hangers. There were only a couple hangers in one closet and that was it. If you are looking for a great place to stay though this is it!! It is super close to the pool which you can walk to and the pickle ball courts! We loved the putting green in the back yard and watching the golfers tee off on hole 2!

  We very much enjoyed staying at Zane's Place. The property is new, nicely appointed and was in immaculate condition. The location was peaceful backing up to the golf course and it was an easy to drive anywhere in the area. Close to outdoor amenities, club house, swimming pool and Fish Grill. Everything that one would need for cooking has been provided. Property Management was very cordial and responsive when we had a minor problem starting outside fire pit.

  The house is lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home away from home. The quiet was relaxing. The surrounding area was great for running, walking or biking. Our only problem was my son (the Ironman) and I had an allergic reaction within hours of arrivinh that seemed to imply a cat or dog had been in the house and left behind some hair/dander. We narrowed it down to a white blanket that had been in a basket in the living room.

  The house is gorgeous, big and beautifully decorated and for a change it was actually larger than we thought it was going to be from the pictures. We enjoyed all the light that came into the house from the windows. It has a nice yard and view of the golf course. The beds were the best we've ever slept in. We actually meant to check out the brand but unfortunately forgot. We got 2 dinners from the restaurant and both were excellent, as was the service. We had a plumbing problem in the kitchen but the very nice young plumber showed up quickly and fixed it. The location was perfect for exploring Snow Canyon.
  It's quite pricey as everything in that area is. We highly recommend Zane's Place and we'd love to stay there again.

  The house was awesome. Spotless. The view from the back patio was awesome. The pool had a nice view and there was plenty of room to spread out(as it relates to Covid). The restaurant(Grille) down the street had incredible food and service. The outdoor seating had a beautiful view. Most of all our contact person, Kimber, was the best. Very responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely stay at the Ledges again!
