You may ask why we named our home "I Could Live Here....."

Some of the reasons are:
Golf course view, on the beautiful 18th fairway.
Designed with golfers in mind. This 2,692 sq ft luxury Villa features 4 bedrooms, sleeps 12 with 4.5 baths so no need to share. Perfect for a foursome or 4 couples!
Works great for families too with separate upstairs TV/game room for the kids.
Watch the sunset colors over the red rocks from the shaded back yard patio with large table, BBQ and comfy seating also.
Short walk to the pool but you have your very own private hot tub on our south facing roof top deck.
Wet bar with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig and coffee pods , popcorn provided. Wet bar also has complete set of non breakable coffee mugs, dishes and glasses for kids and/or to use outside on the patio deck. Upstairs rec room has big screen TV and table with board games and jig saw puzzles provided.
Provided: pickle ball racquets and balls.
And for golfers, experienced golf balls to replace those lost on the areas many gorgeous golf courses

GOURMET KITCHEN! If you like to cook this is the place for you.
Furnished by a gourmet cook with a sweet tooth. Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart food processor, hand mixer, cookie dough scoop, cake pans, cookies sheets, muffin tins, waffle iron, extra large griddle, slow cooker, plenty of serving platters and bowls, pots, pans, gadgets and utensils too. Included for your holiday cooking, an extra large turkey roasting pan and thermometer. Cook for a crowd with ease.

  My high school girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our 70th birthdays and what a perfect place to celebrate. After surveying the property, one of my friends stood in the kitchen and announced "I could live here". She had no idea that it was the name of the property. Needless to say, we found everything perfect, from the well-stocked kitchen to the large four bedrooms to the relaxing hot tub.
  The location was also perfect. It's a five minute drive to Snow Canyon where we hiked one morning then drove into town for lunch at George's, which I highly recommend. We also spent one day in Zion NP which was only an hour's drive. Dinner at the Painted Pony was a real treat.
  I highly recommend this property and it is aptly named "I could live here".

  We had a fabulous time staying at the Ledges and using the pool in the heat. Our guys commented that the accommodations had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come again. Dan was awesome to deal with, and our experiences with check-ins at the courses were great. We especially liked Sand Hollow, what a great track! And of course Wolf Creek is in its own category. We could have made a few more birdies, but other than that it was one of our best trips ever. We are college fraternity brothers that have been meeting up in Vegas every year since 1984. This is the first year we have skipped Vegas for golf elsewhere and we will likely never go back. Ledges, here we come!

  This was my 21st year of scheduling an annual golf trip. This was By Far the best accommodations we have ever had for our trips; and all in my group were in agreement on this being our best lodging. Coming from the Kentuckiana area, most of our trips have been to the Florida Panhandle. This Ledges Villa was new, spacious, clean, and had plenty of upgrades that we don't typically see in our rentals. Everything we needed was provided inside the villa. The outside areas were also great for gathering after the golf - nice deck, patio, grill, hot tub, gas fire pit, furniture, etc. Golf courses in the area were equally awesome. Dan Dekker was the best to work with setting up all our golf and lodging. We will definitely be returning.

Only recommendation for the Ledges, not the specific rental, is that there is the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball courts for the older kids but a playground for the younger kids would be really nice. The decor was perfect for visitors to this area, including a huge jar of experienced golf balls, a couple of which I used and also contributed to! We went to the Cliffside Restaurant in town which was a visually amazing experience. The clubhouse food was also quite good.

  We had four couples stay for a long weekend while attending a tennis camp in St George. We were all comfortable in our private bedrooms, each with its own bath. The living spaces, including patio and deck, were very comfortable and furnished so nicely! We especially enjoyed the kitchen with everything provided to cook at the unit. The pool, golf course and nearby state park looked wonderful although we did not have time to enjoy them. We would highly recommend staying here! We hope to visit again!

  The unit was spotless and fully detail was overlooked. We wanted for nothing. From the labeled fully stocked pantry, to the deck hot tub, to balls and tees, bikes, pool towels...the owners thought of everything!
  My only suggestion would be to light up the keypad entry; in case someone first gave a phone light with them in the dark!

  Great experience. The property was beautiful and just what we wanted. Price was right as well. House had all necessary amenities including kitchen utensils and appliances, toiletries, pool and keys, instructions, and access to golf course. A great stay! Construction going on across the street, but this too shall pass.
