  We spent a long time researching the best rental for our extended family and this unit lived up to our expectations. We loved the close proximity to the pool and pickleball courts. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Everyone loved the air hockey table and board games.
  
  After getting a chain back on the kid's bike and adjusting the gears on one of the other bikes, we were good to go. A 2nd garage door opener would have been a plus.
  
  The beds were all incredibly comfortable -- in fact, our 7 year old kept referring to his bunk bed as heavenly because it was so comfy.
  
  We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and hope to return soon!

  Our family was very impressed and absolutely loved our stay here!! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to have a wonderful time together! This place is so welcoming as it’s beautifully decorated and feels so clean and new!! All 9 adults were very pleased with how comfortable the beds and pillows are!! We loved sitting outside on the upstairs deck at night around the gas fire pit, loved the Air Hockey table, the boys loved the Xboxes during down time, and we loved that the pickleball courts and pool/hot tub were less than 1 minute walk away! The kitchen & pantry was stocked better than I’ve ever seen with cooking appliances to use! It’s located in a beautiful area next to a golf course that my husband and son enjoyed playing at. So bottom line, we can’t say enough good about this place and we HIGHLY recommend it! You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely go back again next time we’re in St George!!

  This property's amenities was a perfect match for our family of young adults and it would be equally as great for families with young children. There's lots to do both inside and out of the condo. We're already discussing options for when we can come back!
  
  The only reason why I couldn't give it a 5 star rating for the property's condition is because quite a few chairs on the pool deck need to either be repaired or re-webbed as the vinyl is overstretched. During busier times, there was no seating available simply due to the condition of the chairs.

  Vey clean, well-stocked home fit for anyone on vacation. Conveniently located near Snow Canyon, ideal for those seeking outdoor activities. Appliances were all newer and beds were very comfortable. Great home for a couple or large groups alike. For those that use the pool, there is a large collection of accessories to use in the garage. Very well furnished to make your stay stress free. Easy travel to Zion and Bryce Canyon. My only suggestion for improvement would be a sound bar or additional speakers for the TV in the main living room area. Management was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. Highly recommend this location. Would definitely return!

  This is a clean,beautiful condo has everything that you need!!! We loved our stay!!! Our favorite part of the house was the circular seating surrounding the fire pit on the balcony. We also loved being so close to many trails and Snow Canyon. The property manager was extremely easy to work with and she was very, very quick to respond. Our only complaint with the house is that one of the bike's tire was flat and it was not fixed during our stay- but, we'd still choose to stay in this house again. We chose this house because it had bikes and for the balcony seating/fire pit- these make this house stand out above the rest!! Spectacular home- it has everything you would need or want and more...very comfortable beds too.

  They offer free massages Saturday as well as free food and treats.
  It has now become a tradition. The home is impeccable. Lots of water toys, bikes to use, and games.
  The only downside is the rates are increased dramatically that weekend - we will still come and enjoy this beautiful property.

  This an a great, fun and clean condo! Just like it says short walking distance to pool. AMAZING customer service. The first night of our stay we could not get the furnace to turn off. We called and they immediately sent a service man to fix the problem. Problem was fixed prompt and quick. Legends has been great to work with and help make sure all are needs were accommodated. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean. Kids had so much fun with the ping pong table and the gas fireplace on the top level deck was also a hit. Rooms were all just as seen in pictures and very spacious. Beds were also very comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

  We loved our week at this lovely vacation rental! We had 2 big families all staying under one roof. We had plenty of space and loved all amenities! The kitchen is fully stocked. The kids loved the extra family room with air hockey table and playing pickle ball. We all loved looking at the stars from roof top deck. The pool is absolutely fabulous and we spent a lot of time there. We had a great vacation and would love to return sometime!

  We stayed at the Red Rock Getaway for our annual company retreat and absolutely loved it! It's a brand spanking new unit, with room for the whole family (4bed). I would highly recommend The Ledges and their awesome team for anyone traveling to St George.

  We came to stay at the ledges for a soccer tournament. The condo is beautiful and is in a great location!! Super close to the pool and pickle ball courts. The beds were very nice and had great mattresses on them. The kids loved the pickle ball courts, pool, and hot tub. All the furnishings in this condo were very nice and it was decorated beautifully. Dan (the property manager) was awesome!! He was very helpful and nice. He is very easy to work with and really cares about the guests! I will be staying here again!! Great place!!!
